Get Ready For The Fundraiser (pt 2)
We know we are a little ahead of ourselves, but we wanted to get everyone primed and ready to go for the Fall Fundraiser (also known as Marathon, with good reason).
This will be taking place the first week in October, still to be determined. Our goal will, once again, probably be above $5,000. This is just a heads-up to everyone who missed out pledging earlier this year, or to our more than 24,000 Darkcast listeners. This is your chance to help us out.
We will have the Dark Horizons Compilation CD available, as well as the last remnants of T-shirts. Don't forget all the great concerts and events coming up later in the year, as we will have tickets, gift cards and other things to keep you going with the music.
ARGGHHH, MATEYS!!!
International Talk Like A Pirate Day is on it's way. Seriously. We aren't kidding. This is a real (sort of) holiday.
Just like every year, this falls on September 19, which happens to be a Friday this year. So, on Thursday, September 18, 2008, be prepared for a little change in the hosts. And we expect everyone who calls to be ready to talk like a pirate, as well.
So avast ye bilge-sucking landlubbers. Speak the talk or be ready to be hung from the yardarm!
Dark Horizons Through Your Eyes
Show us you. All of you.
With Dark Horizons, that is. We want to see you with your Dark Horizons gear. Whether it is you in a t-shirt, or a bumper sticker on your car, or you holding a DH CD, we want to show everyone in the world you supporting us! So send us an email here and we are going to start a photo gallery as soon as we get some images.
So don't be shy! Send us your best shots!
Dark Horizons Website Update
Updates are coming to the artwork for Dark Horizons. The header images you see above will be going bye-bye, but being replaced with a whole new set. Also, want to change the way Dark Horizons looks for you on web? We are planning to have a couple of schemes available for you to choose from, depending on your mood. These will be happening soon, so keep your eyes open!
